This level 2 Monday night class at 6 P.M. is designed for students who have had at least one year of Iyengar yoga training. In this class we will be exploring more intermediate poses.

This level 1-2 class on Friday afternoons at 12 P.M. is structured towards those who want to explore Iyengar yoga with props including the rope wall.
